Delivery time
The delivery time is generally 2–3 working days from the date of dispatch.
Shipping costs
Within Germany, we charge a flat shipping rate of €4.95.
For deliveries to France, Austria, Denmark, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Czech Republic, and Italy, we charge a flat shipping rate of €7.95.
For orders of €100 or more, shipping is free in all the aforementioned countries.
Delivery area
We ship within Germany as well as to France, Austria, Denmark, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Czech Republic, and Italy.
Shipping provider
Shipping is handled via DHL. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
