Exchanges and Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order. As a consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal.
Withdrawal period
You have 14 days from receipt of the goods to declare your withdrawal, e.g., by email to gushjewelry@mail.ru. You must then send the goods back immediately, no later than 14 days after your declaration. You can find all the details in our cancellation policy.
Condition of the goods
Please return the jewelry in its original packaging if possible and in the same condition as you received it. You only have to pay for any loss in value if this loss is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary to check their quality, characteristics, and functionality.
Return costs
You bear the direct costs of the return. The flat-rate return fee is €2.95 per return.
Procedure
Contact us via our contact page to announce your return. After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price to the original payment method, no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice.
